About the founder
Mazna Hamad Al-Marri
Founder & CEO
Management Consultant & HR Advisor
With over 19 years of experience in the government sector, Ms. Al-Marri is a seasoned Management and Human Resources Consultant specializing in developing internal systems, policies, and organizational structures for SMEs.
Her expertise includes designing operational plans, effectively managing and leading teams, and leveraging strong analytical skills to diagnose administrative challenges and build practical, implementable solutions. She has spearheaded comprehensive restructuring projects, established integrated operating systems, and designed performance indicators and organizational matrices to enhance institutional operational efficiency. Currently leading VistaEdge Consulting, she previously managed teams of over 70 employees across diverse organizational environments.
Ms. Al-Marri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Business from Qatar University and is a Master’s candidate in Project Management at Liverpool John Moores University, UK.
